Working together
Always. Your Google, Meta and other ad accounts, your pixels, conversion data and creative stay 100% yours. We're granted user access to manage them, and you can revoke that access at any time. If we part ways, you keep everything and lose no history.
Senior practitioners — the same people you meet during onboarding. We deliberately cap how many accounts each strategist runs so you get real attention, not a junior hand-off.
An initial 90-day period — enough time to rebuild, gather data and show results — then rolling month-to-month with 30 days' notice. No multi-year contracts.
E-commerce / DTC, SaaS and B2B, and multi-location services / lead-gen. We don't take accounts in prohibited or heavily restricted categories where compliant campaigns aren't possible on the major platforms.
Fees & billing
A flat monthly management fee based on the number of platforms and complexity — never a percentage of your ad spend. This keeps us focused on your profit, not on inflating your budget.
You do, directly to the ad platforms on your own billing. We never take custody of or mark up your media budget — you keep full control and visibility of every dollar spent.
No separate setup fee — onboarding, the initial audit and the account rebuild are included in your first month.
Reporting & results
You get a live dashboard you can open any time, plus regular calls where a human explains what changed and why. We agree on targets up front and report against them every period.
Fixing tracking and obvious waste often shows up in the first few weeks. Durable performance gains typically take 6–12 weeks as accounts gather data and the testing program compounds.
No honest agency can guarantee a specific return — performance depends on your product, margins, market and offer. What we commit to is a clear plan, agreed targets, transparent reporting and senior effort. We'll tell you early if the numbers don't support scaling.
Getting started
We confirm a few details, get read-only access (or work from your reports), and within 3–5 business days send back an honest assessment of what to fix and what it could be worth. There's no obligation to continue.
For the audit, read-only access to your ad accounts and analytics is ideal. If you become a client, we request the standard management-level access for the platforms in your plan — always under your ownership.
Absolutely. We often act as the senior performance layer alongside in-house marketers, or upskill your team while we run the accounts. We'll fit the engagement to how you want to work.
